Husband and father

Im a husband and father who has continually made so many mistakes in my marriage to my wife. All of which I am constantly reminded of. At times we have spent weeks not speaking to each other. My wife doesn’t see value on anything that I do and constantly puts me down because I have had a poor track record of mistakes. How can I break thru to a better marriage and enjoy my wife and family those whom I love the most?
