When Others Slow You Down

My wife and I have diligently read through the Heirloom packages and have been applying the tools we are learning. We have a question about her job situation. She has found a way to play at work as well as to implement the mini-day schedule along with the power thinking with much individual/personal success. She is forced to collaborate and work closely with a team of 4 colleagues who are non-integrated, bicameral thinkers who are resistant to change. As you can imagine, this slows down her progress, and she is frustrated that she is not moving with her ideas as quickly as she is capable of doing. What advice do you have for the neo-tech thinker who is stuck by the stagnation of others?

Thank you
