Question about membership

Hello Charlie,
I joined Neothink in 2006 through the mail. I tried to resubscribe last month at Level 12, which is the level I was at in 2007. The webpage instructs us not to rejoin if we already joined through the mail. So I am back at Level 1. I remember in 2010 when I returned to ND from CA that Mark sent me passwords for the Meetings. I lost those in a computer crash. So is it proper for me to start over at Level 1?
