Meeting 2

I did work to find my FNE and I thought I found it but to my sorprise now I am confuse, I have no idea if I realy did found it. The reason is that my mind is flipping back and forth, I have no idea what could it be, however, this meeting realized my confusion, with a new tool, the ten second miracle, I can go ahead while I figure out my true FNE. There is one thing that I want to point out about using the second tool,TSM,in my place of work, what about that my efford and ideas are kept unnoticed as a result of je lousy of managers worry that their position is being threaten and over that constantly using all types of tricks to put my work down, I am saying this presassly of what realy is going on. there is not recongnition whatsoever. I thing that the solution is to use this tool somewhere else.
