Hi charlie, I’m afraid I have not completed all three hierloom books yet, problems with privacy, is it ok to go to book two or must I finish book one?

Why are a few people chosen for this and others are not?
I enjoyed the first meeting of neo-tech this has answered a lot of my questions and going back to reading book two to help find my fne. Still unsure why I was picked but looking foreward to learning .
