Level1 Intergration Feedback

I just finished level 1 and I am halfway through my 3 heirloom package. I must admit this is the first book I’ve read to bring tears while reading twice. I am having so many intergrations at work and in my relationship. Everything I have implemented from my readings has given me results that I can show for. Even my fiance has mentioned she sees the changes. One of my biggest challenges is implementing the mini-day schedule. It seems my job is too specialized to put into a mini-day plan or it may be my lack of understanding, either way I am struggling with it. I am grateful and look to intergrate more into my life with every new day and these continued learnings.
