Level one

Hello, I have listened to the level one meeting serveral times. Here is my question. I need to know what the 10 second secret is. In the booklet I got after ordering on first book it has several stories of people who are involved in the “secret society” I have read, looked for and study the book daily and can not find the 10 second secret.
