Friday night essence

I have always enjoyed repairing, upgrading, and building computers. I also like networking computers together and computer automation. I don’t currently have a job so I’m trying to start a business with working on computers and household appliances. I would be happy to listen to any sugesstions you have that could help me get this started sucessfully.

I have always (since I was in elementary school) enjoyed working on anything electronic and/or mechanical.

This is and possibly always was my Friday night essence. I just never (before now) knew about Friday night essences and never was without a job for this long. So I guess starting this business is also prompted by survival. Again I would welcome any suggestions you have to help me make this business venture work.

I don’t have much money for advertising so I have some flyers with the tear off tabs with my business name, my name, email address, phone number, and a list of the services I provide posted around in several businesses in many of the surrounding towns. I also have business cards that I am handing out to my few current customers with an incentive for the people that receive the cards to have me work on their computer(s) or appliance(s). I also have the incentive set up so that the customer I gave the cards to to hand out that if the people they hand out the card to has me work on their computer(s) or appliance(s) the original customer gets a discount on their next repair.
