What Mark is talking about is finding your Friday Night Essence. When you are doing your FNE, it won’t feel like work, it will feel like play. When we are doing our FNE and creating values for others, it never feels like work. Go back and read Vision 1 and do the exerices. This will help. Also, are you an active member, if not call member services at 800-480-2336 and found out more of the advantages of being an active member. Ask about the mentor calls.
