I am 79 Y.O.

Hello Mark. I am 79 Y.O. & I too was wondering if I was too old to start a program of this magnitude. However, your response to the 85 Y.O. gentleman allowed me to stop wondering. I must admit that I am a bit overwhelmed but, I suspect with all the support available to us newbies all will begin to fall into place before long. Thank you Mark for your time, effort, and expertise. I look forward to what’s ahead.
