We are in the retirement level of our life

We are 83 & 84 years old. We are attempting success in the Real Estate World as Investors. We are looking for our first deal and have not been successful after being active for one year. Our passion is Real Estate and helping others solve property ownership, which are many. Question: How do we go forward from here to gain our first success. This is our biggest hurdle for the present. Our attitude is to always to have “FUN” with what we are doing. Your concept is to “Play” which is about the same as our concept. How can we build for the future combining our two concepts?
