Puzzle Picture

This morning I had realization of how important visualization is.
You look – visualize – at the end of your goal and you see all the details need it
to be done!
About year and a half ago I have noticed very useful routine with my weekly
schedule.
I do service and I’m available 7-days a week and on Sunday afternoon
I usually know my schedule for the following week.
So I look at my weekly schedule and in split of a second I visualize all the places
I have to go to complete my week-schedule with all the details necessary to finish
job the best I can!
I did not realize this routine until I’ve read in Volume Two Mark’s Hamilton progress
on His new programs!
If you know all the details of your program then looking back and planning all the steps
with visualization seems like no big deal.
However if you create something New when you do not know all the details of it
having picture at the end helps but you need to know all the knowledge and doingness
to complete your task

My Friday Night Essence is in sort of half way!

When I look back to my past I realized my never ending drive to improv myself!
I wanted to be more happy!
I wanted to have more education!
And wanted to have ability to grasp any subject with clear mind and eagerness!

Here is what I have found out so far on this subject!
Emotions
Thoughts

If you are not in the vicinity of happiness, love or appreciation life seems to be
difficult, full of not ending problems!
90-95% of people are in stagnation mood!
How to get out of stagnation?
How to be Happy?
Visualization!
Outside Reality is not My Reality!
Yes. I’m part of it but it is not me!
It’s Not really easy from the beginning!
I started practice to see myself in better, happier My reality!
I practice everyday!
I meditate for 15 minutes daily
My life is filled with positive aspects as much as I can
If I have problem I do not concentrate on Why but how to solve it
Friday Night Essence is excellent idea!
Puts you in positive mood, out of stagnation

Thoughts are coming and going away to our mind
But the indication of positive or negative thoughts are emotions
If I find myself in unhappy mood I know I have to stop it and think of something
more positive
I’m the only one who controls my emotions
I end day in positive mood and start next day in positive mood as well
Controlling my emotions is the key to success!

Picture Puzzles to me sometimes like a Freight Train out of control, visualization mad dogging their way while am trying to read which scoops up away to some wild random thought from out of the blue, saying to myself “What the Hell?…this is not at all what I am reading about.”, then having to reread or snap back to where I thought I left…this can’t be normal as music and thoughts come into my head as though it were playing a game with me…”Tag your it.” It is tough trying to grasp the randomization of it all, some of it just a brain freeze that won’t leave to I intentionally distract myself. You can find me smiling as though am looking at a kaleidoscope of good thought and recent memories as though not one bad note was played, all for the pure enjoyment.
