I am an older man of 68 and I am in a hurry since my retirement. After reading the three manuscripts I was led into my Friday Night Essence and it was beautiful. My focal point is on Aging and Death.

Through deep thinking I have been able to connect this subject matter with my life’s work and experience and education. I began researching and have developed a catalyst where serious and expensive R&D can be conducted and a way that will help pay for and accomplish this task.

I have a Proposal in condensed form and have almost completed the details of the Proposal. I am willing to share this condensed form to a serious minded person as a Partner in what I have. My Proposal would also cover other areas of importance that will benefit mankind.

I have titled my Proposal; “Incarceration & Criminal Justice Reform, A Global Problem – A Global Solution”. Through this Proposal, billions of recurring dollars can go directly in the R&D to eliminate this scourge of Aging and Death.
